Why Point-of-Care Documentation?

Using mobile devices, point-of-care documentation becomes practical and even preferable to other methods. NurseAssess does this.

1. Accuracy

Details are hard to remember. Written during treatment, your notes are more likely to be accurate and complete. If you wait until later, you'll be less likely to remember the encounter.

All too often, clinicians find themselves with backlogs of notes to complete. You end up working late or on weekends... And stressed-out. It's much better to get your documentation done as you go.
